Mrs. Cummings is deeply motivated by the chance to make a meaningful difference. She also holds a Master\u2019s in Health Administration with a specialization in Operations Management from the University of Trinidad and Tobago (where she was the cohort\u2019s top academic performer). Mrs. Cummings also attained Level 5 Leadership Certification from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
