Mr. Polson has thirteen years’ career experience in the social services industry including six years’ supervisory and management experience. With degrees in Psychology and Mediation Studies, Mr. Polson has a comprehensive understanding of best practices and legislative framework which enables him to implement strategic solutions for quality care and support services to vulnerable persons. Mr. Polson provides leadership in the case management operations of the CLFA while ensuring organisational targets are achieved and internal processes are improved. Mr. Polson emphasises efficiency, customer service and integrity as key components to delivery of service to beneficiaries and their family.
