Mrs. Vernessar Cummings is a leadership professional with over a decade of senior managerial experience and a proven track record of accomplishment. She has functioned on both the operational and strategic levels to consistently deliver corporate goals and objectives. Mrs. Cummings is acknowledged for integrity, high professional standards, versatility, and the ability to add value in the resolution of organizational challenges whilst advancing organizational improvement. Her experience focuses on leading multi-functional teams and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable goal attainment and client satisfaction.

Mrs. Cummings is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies with a minor in Economics (Hons). She also holds a Master’s in Health Administration with a specialization in Operations Management from the University of Trinidad and Tobago (where she was the cohort’s top academic performer). Mrs. Cummings also attained Level 5 Leadership Certification from the Institute of Leadership and Management. She is further qualified in the field of Conflict Resolution, Mediation, and Negotiation by the Conflict Resolution and Mediation Centre of Trinidad and Tobago and is a Certified Mediator for Civil Non-Family Matters by the Mediation Board of Trinidad and Tobago.
